Description J. Haas 2017-06-16 11:02:05 EDT
Description of problem:

Pulseaudio crashes (and restarts) often while watching YouTube videos with headphones in Google Chrome.

Crash reports: https://retrace.fedoraproject.org/faf/reports/1538950/

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 10.0-2.fc25.x86_64

How reproducible: Happens randomly, but very often, at least once a hour.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Plugin Headphones into pc front panel (speakers will be muted)
2. Watch YouTube video on Google Chrome

Actual results:

Pulseaudio crashes randomly, which causes a second or so of audio output missign as well as a crash notification

Expected results:

No crash

Additional info:

Crashes started around Jan 2017, likely a regression.
