Description of problem:
In case we have something like:

...
openshift_no_proxy=.hosts.example.com,some-host.com,10.1.0.0/16,172.30.0.0/16,.cluster.local
openshift_generate_no_proxy_hosts=True
...
osm_cluster_network_cidr=10.1.0.0/16
openshift_portal_net=172.30.0.0/16
...

We see that the CIDRs get added twice to NO_PROXY (e.g. for Docker).

This is a cosmetic issue but ideally any entry would be added only once.

There appear to be no active cases related to this bug. As such we're closing this bug in order to focus on bugs that are still tied to active customer cases. Please re-open this bug if you feel it was closed in error or a new active case is attached.
