Description of problem: RHOSP10.Z3 ships with two major bugs preventing any multicast deployment: - "mcast-snooping: Avoid segfault for vswitchd" (#1456356) - "mcast-snooping: Flush ports mdb when VLAN cfg changed." (#1456358) This is preventing NFV IPTV deployments The following brew build is including the two fixes above and should be shipped (once tested) with RHOSP10.Z4: https://brewweb.engineering.redhat.com/brew/buildinfo?buildID=563674
