Bug 1465093 – The 'Assigned Filters' setting in the Settings->Access Control->Groups->[group name] only applies to 'Hosts & Clusters', and not the Network providers.

Bugzilla will be upgraded to version 5.0. The upgrade date is tentatively scheduled for 2 December 2018, pending final testing and feedback.

Works only for network provider and networks, doesn't work other network provider items like subnets, routers, networks ports, topology view, ips, etc.
