Description of problem:

There is no way to monitor the health condition of the overcloud servers from undercloud. It will be good if the administrator has the facility to check the health status of the overcloud nodes in real time. Health status include network configuration present on the overcloud nodes(bonds,sriov ports..etc) , memory and disk status
