Description of problem:
[UI] - Unexpected error encountered when switching to 'Cloud Intel' main tab.

There is an unexpected error encountered when moving to the 'CLoud Intel' main tab from another main tab - 

Error text:

undefined method `href' for nil:NilClass [dashboard/iframe]

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in the the cfme UI
2. Go to 'Red Hat Insights' tab
3. Go back to 'CLoud Init' tab

Actual results:
unexpected error encountered - undefined method `href' for nil:NilClass [dashboard/iframe]

Expected results:
No exceptions
