Description of problem: After removing 1 provider from the appliance which has 2 providers added. There are several orphaned VMs present on which can perform several actions like VM reconfigure, Refresh Relationships, Power Actions etc. 


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.8.1.0.20170623170756_3ed4411


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add 2 providers and after some time remove one
2. All VMs from removed provider will be Orphaned
3. Click/select any Orphaned VM 

Actual results: All options/actions are enabled for Orphaned VM


Expected results: There should one or no option present for Orphaned VM.
