Description of problem: Instance Details page blocks us from selecting another VM even if accordion was reopened.

chrome - Version 59.0.3071.109 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Firefox - 45.0.2


How reproducible:100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Compute/Cloud/Instances
2.select Instances menu
3.select any Instance to get it details(e.g. any running Instance)
4.select any filter that excludes Instance from step 3(e.g. Retired Instances)
5.Optional - if Instance Details aren't shown - repeat step 3-4.
6.Open Instances By provider menu and select another provider
7.Optional - update page/ re-open accordion 
8.Optional - open Instances menu - any filter

Actual results:we still see same same Instance details page even if another provider was selected


Expected results: views should be updated accordingly to what we open


Additional info: this does work only for cloud providers
