Describe the issue + Suggestions for improvement: 
- cfme version was old(5.7.2.1), updated to 5.8.0.17
- updated `qemu-img` command according to version 2.7.1
- Note regarding `qemu-img` version should be right after command usage
- Output of `qemu-img info --output=json -f vpc cfme-azure-5.8.0.17-1.x86_64.vhd` corrected
- Added new entry "Export Azure environment variables"
- One needs to login to Azure using `az login`. Added steps.
