Description John Osborne 2017-07-12 18:21:38 UTC
In earlier versions of OpenShift (at least up to version 3.2), the Overview page of the web console had a handy filter field at the top that you could use to limit the view to certain labels within the project. I no longer see it in 3.5 and I don't believe it was in 3.4 either. I do still see the ability the collapse certain labels on the home screen. I also still see the label filter on the individual entity pages (deployments, pods, builds, etc).

Some of the projects will have dozens or eventually even over 100 applications in each project. Their current setup is going to be unusable for them pretty quickly without the label filter on the overview page.

Can we add the label filter back to the overview page?

The change was intentional as part of 3.4, the overview in 3.4/3.5 didn't have a clean and understandable way to do filtering based on how everything was structured.

Its back in 3.6 as part of a significant overhaul of the overview after a lot of usability feedback. For more info see https://trello.com/c/QxbqJsoK
