Proposed patch

Description of problem:
With new version of MariaDB 10.2 we see basically this build issue:

In file included from db/mysql/kb_mysql.cpp:40:0:
db/mysql/kb_mysql.cpp:572:3: error: 'MYSQL_VERSION_ID' was not declared in this scope

Thanks! Fix committed in rawhide, building rekall-2.4.6-36.fc27 now. Feel free to bump and rebuild if needed when the new mariadb lands.
