Description of problem:
Systemd unit rtpproxy.service can't be enabled because missed rtpproxy.socket file.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rtpproxy-2.0.0-5

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.sudo systemctl enable rtpproxy

Actual results:
Failed to enable unit: Unit file rtpproxy.socket does not exist.

Expected results:
Normal enable service.
