Description of problem:
Current guidelines suggest to prefix all python packages with python in the name, so the correct package name is python-pyobd. Subpackages for python2 and python3 can be possible: python2-pyobd and python3-pyobd.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf search pyobd

3.

Actual results:
Package name is pyobd.

Expected results:
Packages available named as python2-obd and python3-obd.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 27 development cycle.
Changing version to '27'.

I am not against the rename, it's correct thing to do to match the guidelines. Regarding python3 I am not much optimistic :)
