Description of problem:

Installed eclipse.
Opening it up I get HTTP ERROR 500 (see attached).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Eclipse Neon.3 (4.6.3)

How reproducible:

Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Eclipse.

Eclipse Oxygen (4.7.0) was released as an update in Fedora 26. Does this still occur with that version ? I would try launching eclipse from the command-line with the "-clean" flag specified and see if the problem is still present.
