Description of problem:
There is a request to release the spice-qxl-wddm-dod driver for Windows 10
guests.
For spice-qxl-wddm-dod to be released as part of RHV-M 4.2
we request that it will be added to RHV-M guest tools iso.
We also request to add a rebased spice-vdagent to the
guest tools iso.

For the spice-vdagent it is a simple rebase bug.
For the spice-qxl-wddm-dod it's a new driver that is
to be installed on Windows 10 guests.

When it is released I will add it to any existing KCS articles and if not completely covered I will create a new one.

There is Spice DOD version 4.41.1 and Spice Agent version 4.41.5
