Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install redhat-virtualization-host-4.1-20170721.0.
2. Login RHVH, check qemu-kvm-rhev version.
# rpm -qa| grep qemu-kvm
qemu-kvm-tools-rhev-2.9.0-12.el7.x86_64
qemu-kvm-common-rhev-2.9.0-12.el7.x86_64
qemu-kvm-rhev-2.9.0-12.el7.x86_64
Actual results:
Include wrong qemu-kvm-rhev package in redhat-virtualization-host-4.1-20170721.0
Expected results:
1. After step2, RHVH should include newer qemu-kvm-rhev version(qemu-kvm-rhev-2.9.0-16.el7_4.3).

Test steps:
1. Login RHVH, check qemu-kvm-rhev version.

Test result:
RHVH include the correct qemu-kvm-rhev package, so the bug is fixed, I will verify this bug once it is move to ON_QA status.
