Description Noori 2017-07-24 05:24:41 EDT
Description of problem:
Some times when I want to write on usb flash (paste or create new folder) for about 5 second gnome-shell is hanging and then reboot the system.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora 26, 4.11.10-300.fc26.x86_64
GNOME Shell 3.24.2

Additional info:
My flash is in NTFS format

What makes you think that this is a gnome-shell issue - are there any log entries that point to it? In general a fatal error in gnome-shell would crash the session and get you back to the login screen, but not reboot the system.
