Hello,

 - It seems the latest version is now 1.0.2 https://rubygems.org/gems/aws-sigv4

 - The Group: tag is not used in Fedora. See: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines#Tags_and_Sections


Package is accepted. Please fix these two trivial issues before importing the package.
