Linux localhost 4.11.10-300.fc26.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Jul 12 17:05:39 UTC 2017 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emacs -nw ~/.bashrc
2. edit .bashrc or browse it
3. some "export " was displayed to "e". For example:

alias rscp='rsync -v -P -e ssh'
alias duls="du -h --max-depth 1"

export HISTSIZE=1000000

export TEMP=$HOME/tmp

4. input "Ctrl-L", "export " was displayed normally.

Does that happen even when you run 'emacs -Q -nw ~/.bashrc'? Also, please post your .bashrc or any other file that you can reproduce this with.
