Description of problem: In a typical approver workflow, different groups/tenants users have different approvers. Currently, the list is global and is within the state machine "to_email_address". This hampers the usability and does not allow the end user to easily modify them. I would recommend that the User Group has an option to choose another group as the approver list. The statemachine will then be able to use the approver group to send out the email notifications.
