Description of problem: When showing the content of an empty folder, files cannot be dragged directly onto the "Folder is Empty" label or its icon, but then can be dragged onto the white space around it. Drag a file onto the grey "Folder is Empty" icon/label in the centre. Actual results: Dragged file icon snaps back to the place it was dragged from; no file is moved. Expected results: File is moved. Additional info: Worked in Fedora 25.
