Description of problem:
Current log level seems to be WARN, which kind of ignore all INFO level log messages.

Making INFO as default loglevel will make debugging  easy.

Tested and verified this on the build glusterfs-3.8.4-36 and tcmu-runner-1.2.0-11, gluster-block-0.2.1-6.

INFO level logs are now seen in tcmu-runner.log. Moving this bug to verified in 3.3.0.
