Description of problem:
The warning about api deprecation contains a visible <br /> tag.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.3.0 snap 9.0

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit apidoc/v1.html

Actual results:
See attached screenshot

Expected results:
Deprecation message without a tag.
