Same issue with https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1477223, BZ #1477223 is fixed in metrics-hawkular-metrics:v3.6.173.0.3-2 image, it is the latest hawkular-metrics image now, this issue will be no longer exist after we upgrade metrics on line next time.

Same issue exists on online-int env:

This seems to be working fine on online-stg. The online-int environment was reset last week and there seem to be some fallout of that. This should not impact STG/PROD.

Checked on free-stg and online-int, it was fixed on these products. Ordinary user could view their pods' metrics within their project in web console.
Set it to VERIFIED.
