Could you please attach a copy of the problematic bookmarks.gvdb? It should be under ~/.config/epiphany/bookmarks.gvdb.

You may want to manually sanitize this database of personal data before uploading to Bugzilla. Unfortunately the file is not human-readable, but you could make a backup copy and then manually delete bookmarks using Epiphany before attaching the file.

It fixed itself. I didn't do anything and today it fixed itself.
