As we're going to support this driver in the undercloud, we can well also support it in the overcloud.

The same status as https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1472360: most of code has merged, there are some unsolved issues with temporary URLs which I plan to solve in the coming weeks.

Since it is unclear how to update playbooks on overcloud nodes, and the undercloud implementation is not yet fully supported, moving this out of 14.

Not going to hit 15, 16 is also unclear. Will likely require input from interested parties, if any, to get finished.

The code is available, but there seems to be not enough interest for inclusion in the product.
