Description of problem:

Change the parameter passed to docker container to reflect S3 access. 

So,
    GLUSTER_VOLUMES -> S3_ACCOUNT
    GLUSTER_USER -> S3_USER
    GLUSTER_PASSWORD -> S3_PASSWORD
