Description of problem:
A regression in tmux is breaking tmuxinator [1] unless a session is first manually started.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
tmux-2.5-1.fc26.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fresh boot
2. mux something

Additional info:

The bug is fixed in tmux master [2] and will be part of tmux 2.6, and a patch [3] is already available.
