Description of problem: When initiating a standard upgrade from Fedora 25 to 26, I encountered the following error: Error: package geany-plugins-markdown-1.31-1.fc25.i686 requires geany-plugins-common = 1.31-1.fc25, but none of the providers can be installed (try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace conflicting packages) Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): geany-plugins-common-1.31-1.fc25 I see the same issue was previously reported in bug 1433188 and was marked as fixed, but it's certainly still an issue with 1.31. (Perhaps something got lost during the upgrade from 1.30 to 1.31.) (As a workaround for the upgrade, I of course simply added "--allowerasing".)
I recently upgraded geany from 1.30 to 1.31 on CentOS 7 but am missing some plugins including the markdown package. Can the missing plugings be added?
Just discovered that the geany plugin Document seems to corrupt the geany menubar and tool icons so that they are not visible. If the program is started in non-maximized size those are missing, either maximizing the window or using the right mouse button to hover above the menubar items results in them becoming visible again.
This message is a reminder that Fedora 25 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 25.
