Package requires rebuild because of qt5 update on rhel 7.4. Current epel7 version fcitx-qt5-1.0.6-1.el7 is not any more installable and prevents base os update if installed.

EPEL packages are actually built with CentOS repos. We need to wait for CentOS 7.4.

That is not true. Packages are build against rhel7 on fedora build system.

fcitx-qt5-1.1.0-6.el7 has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 7 testing repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
