The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
Sometimes ksc -s produces the errors when tries to upload the report.

ksc-0.9.18-1.el7.noarch

How reproducible:
Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run ksc -s -k <*.ko file>
2. Answer the questions
3. Sometimes, error occurred on the bug updating phase and report is not attached to the newly created bug.

Actual results:
Report is uploaded successfully.

Expected results:
All reports are attached.

Additional info:

I assume that it races with Red Hat Bugzilla Rules Engine which also tries to update the bug. Notably, in bug 1481083 it is the rules engine that seemingly failed to update it. And in bug 1481084 report successfully uploaded despite the error.
