Description of problem:
Did not automatically fill Name fields in deployImage page in online env 
OCP env no this problem

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OpenShift Master:v3.6.171 (online version 3.5.1.79)
Kubernetes Master:v1.6.1+5115d708d7 

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to Openshift web console and create a new project 
2.Go to Add to project -> Deploy Image -> Image Name
3.Input openshift/hello-openshift, click "Search"
4.Check "*Name" fields 

Actual results:
4."*Name" fields is blank

Expected results:
4."*Name" fields automatic input "hello-openshift"
