FYI it is a regression from 6.2.10.
Having a Content Host registered to Sat 6.2.10, I can apply an errata like:
Aug 16 12:19:41 pmoravec-rhel72 goferd: [INFO][worker-0] gofer.rmi.dispatcher:603 - call: Content.install() sn=8b8b8309-ebd8-4dd4-a3bb-da8f611ad4c0 data={u'task_id': u'7f8a473d-650f-48b5-8b3e-64f81d553840', u'consumer_id': u'58152a39-13cc-4d0f-a937-6c4a567da544'}

but re-registering it to 6.2.11, downgrading those packages back and applying same errata via WebUI:
Aug 16 12:27:37 pmoravec-rhel72 goferd: [INFO][worker-0] gofer.rmi.dispatcher:603 - call: Content.install() sn=69579b18-e2ad-45c2-8e1e-4c8d150ad70b data={u'task_id': u'948f2283-ff0e-4564-96cc-b4408e0a26a5', u'consumer_id': u'f7492a40-c26f-427a-beef-96433b70b793'}

See that the request reaches goferd, so no qpid issue. But goferd (same one!) suddenly cant install the packages..
Has something changed in Satellite (i.e. content of the message being sent?) such that this happens?
Here the problem is - capturing /var/lib/gofer/messaging/pending/katelloplugin/*.json file, the request to apply an errata lacks any info what to perform:
{"data": {"consumer_id": "a8f9e55a-9ef1-495c-89f6-879735c5c229", "task_id": "630fa778-7657-405e-a7ce-4d637ab110ec"}, "pam": null, "replyto": "pulp.task", "request": {"args": [[], {"importkeys": true}], "classname": "Content", "cntr": [[], {}], "kws": {}, "method": "install"}, "routing": [null, "pulp.agent.a8f9e55a-9ef1-495c-89f6-879735c5c229"], "secret": "59942bbb5de5d3502c6976b5", "sn": "e4cc25a0-8af1-4ac3-841b-c838b9415aab", "version": "2.0"}
the request args shall have something like:
"args": [[{"type_id": "rpm", "unit_key": {"name": "sos"}}], {"importkeys": true}]
(this is for installing RPM named "sos", not for applying an errata)
the type_id and unit_key is simply missing..
