Description of problem:There are a number of pools created for the RGW by default. There are additional pools that are laid out in the ceph pg calculator. Multi-zone configuration makes a few statements regarding the default zone vs creating a zone, but there is no where in the docs where the uses for the pools are laid out. 

Considering that the default pools all changed in Jewel, and that there is a discrepancy between the created pools and the pg calc, there should be a reference for the pools in the documentation.
