New engID for the RHV manager has been created, please test deployment aspects using the new channel, as well making sure that all of the old channels are working.

Both 4.0 & 4.1 tested separately.

Change against documentation is in both cases 2 channels:

rhel-7-server-rhv-4.1-manager-rpms
