Description of problem:
Hello, in Fedora 26 we created a new package python-docker which carries github.com/docker/docker-py in version 2 [1]. We would like to decommission python-docker-py in favor of python-docker. Could you please move to python-docker?

Please, let me know if you need help with the transition.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 28 development cycle.
Changing version to '28'.
