Description Robert-André Mauchin 🐧 2017-08-24 07:29:49 UTC
Description of problem:
In a pristine rawhide mock chroot, with golang-bin 1.9-0.beta2.1.fc27:

$ go --version
panic: runtime error: index out of range

Expected results: Go shouldn't panic.

Subsequently all go build fail with this error. It happens on Koji too, see for example https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=21435093 : Go fails with this error on all arches.

This doesn't seme to be problem currently in rawhide golang-bin-1.9-1.fc28.x86_64
Closing. Please reopen if that's still an issue for you.
