Description of problem: The gta-gui.sh and conv-netpbm.sh tests fail in F27+ right now. I've commented them out, but you may want to look at them.
The gui test has an upstream patch, that I will apply. The other problem related to pnm_readpaminit() and b.pnm is still unclear to the author and me.
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gta.git/commit/gtatool/src/conv-netpbm/from-netpbm.cpp?id=7963c22de093ac40e62a44cacb13f0b2fed19aa4 ... introduced a different invocation that at least doesn't seem to work in Fedora, while it apparently does work in Debian.
