Description of problem: man pthread_cond_wait doesn't bring up the manpage. On the other hand, man pthread_cond_timedwait does bring up the manpage that includes both pthread_cond_wait and pthread_cond_timedwait. How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. man pthread_cond_wait 2. man pthread_cond_timedwait Actual results: 1) doesn't work 2) works Expected results: both work Additional info: Both commands are working on centos 5.
It seems that your man page index is incomplete. Try to run "mandb" to update it and then run "man pthread_cond_wait" again.
Yes, after running mandb, it works on few of my Fedora systems (fc25, fc26 and fc27). Seems like the package doesn't come with those entries in the db.

I think this is a bug after all, it should work even without man page index. pthread_cond_wait.3p man page should be added.
