Description of problem:
`ceph --version` shows "luminous (rc)". It should show "luminous (stable)"

Ubuntu: ceph_12.2.0-2redhat1xenial

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install any ceph package, eg. `yum install ceph-mon`
2. Run a ceph command with the "--version" flag, eg. "ceph --version" or "ceph-mon --version"


Actual results:
"luminous (stable)"

Expected results:
"luminous (rc)"

Ken, I think the actual and expected results are interchanged in the description of this bug. please check.
