Some further details: 1.) If I highlight Default Container Image Rate in the accordion menu, then: Configuration > Edit this Chargeback Rate is enabled, but Configuration > Remove from the VMDB is disabled. 2.) If I highlight Compute in the accordion menu, then check the box next to Default Container Image Rate: Configuration > Edit the selected Chargeback Rate is enabled, and so is Configuration > Remove selected Chargeback Rates from the VMDB.
