Description of problem: When hovering over the "shareable" check box of a disk on a running VM a misleading message is displayed saying "Shareable Disk is not supported by the Data Center Compatibility Version" Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.1.4.2-1.el7.centos How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. create VM in oVirt and add a disk to it 2. click on the VM in the admin portal, open Disks tab 3. with the VM down, select the disk, press Edit 4. note how the Shareable checkbox is active and working 5. close the window, start the VM 6. press Edit on the disk again Actual results: Shareable checkbox inactive, yet when hovering over it shows a misleading message box: "Shareable Disk is not supported by the Data Center Compatibility Version" which is not the actual reason. Expected results: Message is displayed saying this parameter can't be changed while a VM is running. Alternatively - if in fact it can be changed (why not if the disk isn't attached to multiple VMs for example?) then don't deactivate the check box on a running VM Additional info:
