From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.3)

Description of problem:
The word 'incomplete' is wrong translated in /sbin/arp.

'unvollstndig' is the correct translation for 'incomplete' (till now
'unvollsndig' is appearing)
(The german letter for 'ae' ist not displayed correctly in this bugreport)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
net-tools-1.60-37.FC3.1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ping non-existing host in your subnet (e.g. 10.42.0.222)
2. set LANG=de_DE
3. call /sbin/arp and look for the MAC of that host
4. 'unvollsndig' will appear

Actual Results:
Address HWtype HWaddress Flags Mask
     10.42.0.222 (unvollsndig)

Expected Results:
Address HWtype HWaddress Flags Mask
     10.42.0.222 (unvollstndig)
