Description of problem:
ovirt-release should install centos-release-scl-rh repo definition since rh-postgresql95-postgresql is distributed there.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install ovirt-release
2.
3.

Actual results:
rh-postgresql95-postgresql is not available

Expected results:
rh-postgresql95-postgresql should be available

Ovirt master repo enables centos-sclo-rh-release on CentOS 7.4.1708 and rh-postgresql95-postgresql can be installed

verified with ovirt-engine 4.2.0-0.0.master.20171030210714.gitef6bb9c.el7.centos

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.0 release, published on Dec 20th 2017.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.0 release, published on Dec 20th 2017, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
