This update includes a rebase to version 6.5.1, which adds the innodb_buffer_pool_size hiera parameter. This parameter allows MariaDB's buffer pool setting to be tuned for both clustered and non-clustered overcloud MariaDB databases.

Tested package version update manually on  osp11 latest : 

[stack@undercloud ~]$ cat core_puddle_version

[root@undercloud ~]# yum list puppet-tripleo
Installed Packages
puppet-tripleo.noarch      6.5.1-1.el7ost

Also tested via jenkins sanity tests suite on osp11 latests on the 29.9 (after the errata update (27.9)):
