I don't plan on addressing this in F25. It would break too many things to update F25 to Hadoop 2.7.3 or later. F26 has hadoop 2.7.3 and is unaffected.

The impact of this is limited to using CredentialProvider with NodeManager and concurrently running containers with access to the underlying HDFS.

The workaround is to explicitly set the file system permissions of the jceks file in HDFS created by the CredentialProvider (if I understand the CVE notice correctly).
