Description of problem:
Openstack undercloud installation failed. Mongodb failed to come up

 openstack undercloud installation failed , instack log error shoes mongod failed to come up

This worked in latest installation.

Always it works when we do fresh installtion but second retry it fails usually .
Is this script is expected to work only during first time of execution ?

The error is here in messages:

mongod: ERROR: child process failed, exited with error number 100

Which apparently can be any kind of permission, or disk issue. In theory, undercloud install should be idempotent, but here I can see in the logs that the package mongodb-server was installed just before the error (whereas it should have been installed on the first install command). Can you detail what you're doing between the 2 calls? Thanks.
