OSP11 -> OSP12 overcloud upgrade: after major-upgrade-composable-steps-docker when running 'openstack stack output show overcloud RoleConfig' we get Output error: The Referenced Attribute (AllNodesDeploySteps RoleConfig) is incorrect.
