Description of problem:
Customer using Satellite 6.2.11 and content host without katello-agent, after install some erratas, or just one, the errata information disappear from webUI and after long time we are able again to see how many erratas content host have available to be deployed.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register one new content host
2. deploy one errata
3. Hosts - Content Hosts

Actual results:
On Installable Errata we will see the values for security, bug and enhancement = 0

Expected results:
See the correct number to each one, once we knows there are errata to be installed *for example via yum clean all;yum list-sec*
