Description of problem:
We need to document the recommended number of PG's per OSD in the Storage Strategies guide. Currently we only provide a link to the PG calc and a equation for determining these counts. We should include a section labeled "TIP" that informs the Red Hat recommende 100-200 PG's per OSD number.
